CIC Webinar on Digital Project Delivery System
08/05/2025 | 15:30 - 16:30
Construction Digitalisation Webinar aims at promoting the latest construction digitalisation-related information to stakeholders. Every time, we have a different theme to introduce stakeholders about the latest information or solutions in a particular area. We are glad to have the participation of dRoW Limited to introduce their solution. Outline of the webinar (information provided by vendor): Most construction stakeholders in Hong Kong are now familiar with SSSS, BIM, DWSS since their implementations with the promotion by Development Bureau, Works Departments and CIC over the past few years. With as-built BIM models of Government facilities, EMSD have set AM-FM standards and implemented customed designed AMS. The above systems are the essential components of the Public Works Digitalisation spearheaded by Development Bureau. Development Bureau recently issued the Technical Circular TC(W) 2/2025 in January 2025 - Digital Project Delivery System (DPDS). The DPDS is the last piece of jigsaw for the implementation of Digitalisation for Public Works. For capital works design projects commencing 1st April 2025, DPDS is required to digitise project, document and financial management. The Speaker will describe the key points of the Technical Circular and show snapshots of different system modules. Target audience are professionals and project officers in Government Departments and Consulting firms who are involved in the planning and design of capital works projects.
