In order to provide the Hong Kong construction industry with a standardized methodology to complete their necessary statutory plan submission process through BIM technology, a set of Building information modelling (BIM) standards such as BIM Standards for Superstructure Plans Submission will be developed for the industry. To ensure the developed standards could meet the industry needs and requirements of government departments, we are organizing “BIM Standards Stakeholders Consultation Seminars” to collect views and comments from the building professionals. These seminars mainly focus on listening to wide opinion before drafting of the standards. Another seminars will be held after the draft of the standards. Details of the seminars are as follows:

   e. Site Formation Plan
   f. Ground Investigation Plan

- Professionals participated in projects administered under Building Ordinance: AP/RSE/RGE;

- AECO industry practitioners who have experience in Statutory Plan Submission orStatutory Plan Preparations;

- BIM practitioners and

- Building Professionals in Hong Kong construction industry.
