The Construction Industry Council (CIC) launched the “CIC Master Classes on Systems Thinking and Digital Leadership Kick-off Ceremony” on 7 May 2025 to promote the digital transformation of the construction industry by enhancing its understanding of systems thinking and digital leadership.

To build and strengthen the industry's capacity for the adoption and implementation of advanced construction technologies using Al (including LLM), machine learning and relevant strategies widely in Hong Kong, the Construction Industry Council (CIC) is going to launch the CIC Master Class on AI for Construction (including Large Language Model (LLM)). This is an exciting opportunity to explore the future of the construction industry through the lens of advanced technologies and a kick-off ceremony will be held.

The CIC Global Construction Digitalisation Forum and Exhibition 2024 (GCDFE), co-organised by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) and the Development Bureau (DEVB), successfully concluded on October 30, 2024, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Over 10,000 physical and online visits were recorded at the 2-day event, with leaders and professionals gathered to explore the potential of construction digitalisation, laying the groundwork for digital transformation in the industry.
