The Construction Industry Council (CIC) conducted a region-based BIM Adoption Survey 2025, following the previous BIM Adoption Survey 2020, with the aim of understanding the latest landscape of BIM and digital solutions adoption, as well as the demand and supply of BIM talent in the Hong Kong's construction industry.

The survey reached out to 7 key stakeholder groups, including government departments, statutory bodies, real estate developers and asset owners, main contractors, sub-contractors, architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) consultants, and BIM consultants. Responses from over 422 organisations were received.
