Ir CK NG, a civil engineer and NEC accredited PM, will first introduce his patented easy-to-adopt methodology in managing NEC contracts. Also, with 5 years' experience in the development of NEC software, CK shows how to use digital system to ensure compliance with NEC timeframe requirements. As the world marks the first anniversary of the launch (on 30 Nov 2022) of ChatGPT, Mr. Nicholas LEE, CTO of dRoW Limited, will lead the audience to use our AI product, ChatNEC. Nick will illustrate how to input appropriate prompt in order to get better 'legal advice' from ChatNEC. Also, He will show how to ask AI to help draft reply for PM and contractor to enhance productivity or save time. At the end of the webinar, Nick will discuss the possibility of applying another main feature of ChatGPT/OpenAI - image recognition to help the process of NEC payment.
